Sushi Yume
Omakase-grade fish, none of the ceremony, none of the markup.
Fresh fish arrives on daily shipments and goes out as nigiri, sashimi, specialty rolls, noodles, and rice bowls. Walk in, take a table or a seat at the sushi bar, and order the twelve-piece chef's choice.
Fresh in, daily.
The fish comes in on daily shipments, not weekly cases. What lands on your rice at lunch was on ice this morning.
The chef's dozen.
Twelve pieces, cut from the best of that day's case, finished the way the chef decides. It draws comparisons to Austin's premium omakase counters; the check does not.
01 · Seating
Tables and a sushi bar, walk-in or waitlist only. No reservations and no dress code.
02 · Menu
One standing menu: appetizers, nigiri, sashimi, specialty rolls, noodles, and rice bowls. The twelve-piece chef's choice leads the menu, with eighteen and twenty-four piece sashimi combinations for bigger appetites.
03 · Price
By the piece, by the roll, or by the combo, every price printed on the menu. You pay for the fish, not for the word omakase.
04 · Takeout
Unfortunately, none. Nigiri is built to be eaten the minute it hits the plate, not after a drive home. Thank you for understanding.
